LOSING YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
When you purchase into an HOA or Condo Association, you lose your CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and sign over POWER of ATTORNEY to your home to the Association. The Board can decide at any time to fine you for anything. The board does NOT have to offer any DUE PROCESS and is the JURY, JUDGE, and EXECUTIONER. If you do not pay, they can put a LIEN on your home. The Association has the right to add unlimited Attorney Fees and foreclose for those fees in 90 days. Your only recourse is CIVIL COURT.
FAIR COLLECTION LAWS DO NOT APPLY
HOA/Condo Attorneys DO NOT have to follow the FAIR COLLECTION LAWS. They charge unlimited fees to put homeowners past due on their accounts. This allows the Board to lien and foreclosure for those monies.
